Privacy

This site delivers security awareness training to people at Archimetis and records who has completed it, because Archimetis needs that record for its security and compliance obligations.

What is stored

• Your work email address and name. When you sign in with your work account, the name comes from that account; we ask it for your email address and basic profile, and nothing else.
• The training assigned to you, how far you got, your quiz answers and scores, and when you completed it.
• With each training record, your browser's user-agent string and a one-way hash of your IP address. The address itself is never stored.
• A log of sign-ins and administrative actions, kept so the training record can be shown to be unaltered.

What it is used for

Showing you your training, and showing Archimetis's administrators and auditors who has completed what. It is not used for advertising, not sold, and not shared with anyone else. There are no analytics or tracking scripts on this site.

Where it is kept

In a database belonging to this deployment alone, hosted on Cloudflare. Sign-in links are sent by email through Cloudflare. If you sign in with your work account, that sign-in happens at your account provider, under its own privacy terms.

How long

Training records are compliance records and are kept until Archimetis deletes them. Ask the contact below if you want to know what is held about you, or want it corrected or removed.
